Great food and ambiance! He service was a bit slow but that is understandable for a busy Friday night. The staff was patient and answer all our questions. MUST have spicy wings!

Ok You vegan lovers, this is the place for the best vegan food in town. I talking from the appetizer to the dinner, so good you might order a second order. Yes I been here before and come back again, you will not be disappointed..

A great place to bring vegan/vegetarian friends or people that prefer an a place that easily accommodates their diet. I ordered the drunken noodles and thought it was quite flavorful (in fact, a bit too much soy sauce for my taste). The portions here are small (I gulped my noodles down in like 5 bites - then again, I was super hungry), but the service is fast and pleasant, and has cute vibes overall.

Food was okay. Ambiance is very cool! I like the multiple levels. I walked in here on a whim and got the Pekíng duck baos , rainbow roll, and tropical mango avocado roll. Very mid food. Not bad but not outrageously good. Pricing was decent. I don't think I'd go back. I've had incredible vegan Asian food at veggie heaven in NJ. Service was a bit slow but they seemed very busy for a week day.

Came for a business lunch and was very satisfied. The food is authentically Korean. Flavorful. Well seasoned and spiced. I enjoy vegan food so I was right at home. Some of my colleagues were skeptical and this was one of their first time ever eating at a vegan restaurant. They all seemed to enjoy their food. I will say the food is pretty pricey and don't expect a huge portion. Expect to pay midtown prices.

This is such a great place for vegetarians and vegans but also for anyone who is interested in trying yummy food. The menu has so many options to pick from that we had a hard time picking what to order. Food: We ended up ordering the spicy kimchi dumplings. These were my favorite of all the things we ordered. They were perfectly crunchy and the filling was well seasoned. The spicy buffalo wings were okay, the sauce was too pungent and the "meat" felt a bit too thick. The peking duck baos were yummy and I liked that they were cut in half so it was easier to eat. We ended with the spicy kimchi pancakes. They were crispy and the perfect spice combination. Service: Service was a bit slow but the food came out fast and fresh so it was fine. Atmosphere: I love the three floor set up, it feels intimate and private. I also like the minimalist theme.

My partner and I visited Franchia during our last trip to NY and were so excited to try their food. HanGawi, their a bit fancier sister restaurant, had been on my radar for so long. Unfortunately, I often don't have time for that kind of sit-down experience when I'm passing through NY. Franchia's more casual (but still very nice!) setting was perfect. We made reservations ahead and were seated very quickly upon arriving. The restaurant is tiered, so there are a few levels of seating. I think we were in the middle floor, which had several tables. We had to opt for pancake sampler, which was really excellent. I am always a sucker for scallion pancakes, so this was very much in my wheelhouse. We also got the Kabocha Bibimbap, which was also quite good. Service throughout the meal was attentive and pleasant. We would definitely like to go back next time we're in NY!

Had my birthday lunch planned with a few friends here and when we walked in at 3 pm, this place wasn't that busy! I was looking forward to eating some creative vegetarian/vegan food, and wasn't disappointed at all after ordering a bunch of things from their menu. We ordered Fried Calamari, Spicy Buffalo Wings, and the Dumplings Combo. The Spicy buffalo wings were unbelievably delicious and were a top pick for our table from their small plates menu. For mains, we got the Curry 'Chicken' (Stone Bowl Rice) and the Mushroom Sizzler - both were pretty good. This order was enough for four adults and it hit the spot. Food taste is just unbelievable. Whoever thinks vegetarian or vegan cannot be delicious needs to visit this place. Service, ambiance was perfect and food arrives within 20 minutes of ordering. Noise levels were on the lower end during our visit. Will definitely visit again!
